She has lived in Truckee, CA, for over 25 years where Ilene made her home, raised her family, and ran her second home care business for over 15 years. Throughout that time, Ilene learned about the lifestyle that comes with living in the mountains. Today, she continues to help her clients visualize and own their piece of paradise. “I have a deep and personal understanding of each community’s attributes. Guy has spent more than 15 years with Northstar California, currently serving as Private Lesson Manager, where he has built trusted relationships through exceptional service, communication, and leadership. His professional background also includes mortgage and business lending, property valuation, retail management, and operations, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the financial and lifestyle aspects of real estate.

Known for his ability to connect with just about anyone, Guy approaches every client relationship with honesty, patience, and care. Clients value his calm guidance, local insight, and commitment to helping them make confident decisions, whether they are buying a mountain retreat, relocating, or investing in the Truckee-Tahoe area.

Guy is proud to call Truckee home. Outside of real estate, he enjoys skiing, scuba diving, kayaking, martial arts, archery, and spending time with family. He is a third-degree black belt in judo, a second-degree black belt in jiu-jitsu, and the self-proclaimed 2025 World Hammock Champion. Above all, Guy is most proud of his wife, Ilene, their three children, and four grandchildren.
